About the role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Support Specialist will provide administration support as required to all functions of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable . They will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and thrive while collaborating with others.
Duties:
- Invoice registering, invoice entry and credit note entry
- Supplier/Sub-Contractor credit applications as directed
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Manage online supplier accounts
- Attend to and resolve internal and external accounts enquires
- Management of Accounts email inbox
- Reallocation of job cost entries as required
- Filling and other administrative tasks as requested
- Management of company credit card payments and associated data entry
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in Accounts or customer service admin position
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional level of customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the Construction industry is desirable but not necessary
