About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to kick-start their career in construction strategy and business development. You’ll work closely with the Head of Strategy and Development to coordinate bid and tender submissions, track opportunities, and collaborate with estimating, design, and finance teams to deliver standout proposals.

Perfect for someone studying or recently graduated in Construction, Business, or Marketing, with a keen interest in the built environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, meetings, and project follow-ups
  • Supporting end-to-end coordination of bids and tender submissions
  • Measuring projects and estimating based on similar project data
  • Drafting, formatting, and editing documents
  • Liaising with internal teams 
  • Researching new opportunities and tracking leads via portals
  • Managing CRM updates, project schedules, and document libraries
  • Recommending process improvements using new tools or AI-based solutions
What You'll Bring
  • Construction experience or study advantageous but no essential
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Confident working across teams and liaising with external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, with solid organisation and time management
  • Familiarity with MS Office; experience with CRM or bid platforms is a plus
  • Interest in AI, systems, and improving workflows
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable cold-calling or gathering information from councils or consultants
