About the Role
We are looking for a capable and motivated Administrator to support the People & Culture team in delivering outstanding employee experiences. This role will suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused, who enjoys being across a variety of tasks and contributing to a positive team culture.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of HR and office processes, while also supporting broader initiatives that foster engagement, performance, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and record management
- Maintain accurate data and documentation within HRIS and personnel files
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft communications as required
- Support engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities
- Help maintain a well-presented and welcoming office environment
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external partners in a professional and friendly manner
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years' experience in administration
- HR related degree is advantageous, but not required
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); HRIS experience is a plus
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in people and culture
