About the Role 

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and personable assistant to support a successful sales team with listing preparation, marketing coordination, and client service . This is a role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeps things moving, and takes pride in doing things well

Key Duties 
  • Coordinate property campaigns including signage, brochures, and bookings 
  • Manage inspections, launches, and sales documentation 
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, and suppliers with warmth and professionalism 
  • Maintain the CRM and support social media updates  
  • Keep systems and processes running smoothly from pre-listing to post-sale 
Skills and Experience 
  • Previous experience in real estate , admin, or a support role 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms 
  • Agent’s Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain 
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
