The Role
Working closely with the Property Manager, you will assist in the management of a residential rental portfolio. The role focuses heavily on leasing and providing administrative support across inspections, maintenance and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Preparing lease documentation and onboarding new tenants
  • Managing tenant and landlord communication
  • Coordinating routine inspections and maintenance requests
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
  • Supporting the Property Manager across the full portfolio

What We Are Looking For
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in administrative support
  • Experience using property management software systems
  • Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • Confident personality with the ability to manage tenants and investors
  • Highly organised with the ability to run your own day
