The Role
Working closely with the Property Manager, you will assist in the management of a residential rental portfolio. The role focuses heavily on leasing and providing administrative support across inspections, maintenance and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Preparing lease documentation and onboarding new tenants
- Managing tenant and landlord communication
- Coordinating routine inspections and maintenance requests
- Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
- Supporting the Property Manager across the full portfolio
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in administrative support
- Experience using property management software systems
- Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Confident personality with the ability to manage tenants and investors
- Highly organised with the ability to run your own day
