About the Role
This role will suit someone with a marketing or communications background who enjoys producing aesthetically presented, accurate, and persuasive bid submissions. You’ll coordinate tender responses, working closely with project, estimating, and leadership teams to deliver documentation that reflects the company’s brand, expertise, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender submission process.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather, edit, and refine submission content.
- Write and design high-quality proposals that communicate project capability and value.
- Ensure all submissions are polished, well-formatted, and delivered on time.
- Bring a creative eye to improve the presentation and consistency of submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications , or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Bid Coordination, Marketing, or Proposal Writing (construction or property preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative communicator who can manage multiple deadlines with composure.
