About the role:
This is a diverse role with exposure to every facet of the business and personal finances . You will be assisting the accounting team with all aspects of your clients' portfolios, from daily cash flow to investments . You will take ownership of education, software implementation, filling and bookkeeping tasks.
In this role, you will not be just another number; You will be an i ntegral part of the business . The ideal candidate will have a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Duties:
- Day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts, credit cards and foreign currencies
- Inter-entity loan reconciliations
- Preparing and reconciling end of month basic financial accounts to ensure accuracy
- Completion of Investment and Banking Forms
- Email and Document management
- Diary and meeting management for the Family Office Team, including meeting setup
Skills & experience:
- 5+ Years in a Bookkeeping position
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Warm and friendly approach
- Experience dealing with High net wealth clients
- You should be happy to take ownership of your space and the role at hand
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to details
