to support its Sydney office. The business works with a diverse client base including superannuation funds, insurers, foundations and charitable organisations, and is known for its professional, people-focused culture.

About the Role
This role provides day-to-day business and office administration support to the Sydney team, while also assisting the Melbourne office as required. You will be a key support across office operations, helping ensure the business runs smoothly and professionally.
The role is three days per week
, with Friday required
, a preference for Wednesday or Thursday
, and flexibility around the third day. The start date is ASAP, allowing time for the right person to transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general business and administrative support
- Supporting office operations across Sydney and Melbourne
- Assisting with presentations and document preparation
- Coordinating catering, meetings and room bookings
- Answering phones and managing general enquiries
- Ad hoc administrative support as needed
