Looking to build your experience in business development and sales?
We're partnering with a leading Australian furniture and interiors brand to recruit a Business Development Coordinator on a temporary, part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual who enjoys building relationships, speaking with people, and contributing to business growth. Working closely with an experienced Business Development team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, lead generation, sales support, and relationship management.
Whether you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, recruitment, sales, or another people-focused environment, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting the Business Development team, you'll play a key role in engaging clients, generating opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives across the business.
This is a varied role that combines phone-based business development, relationship management, administration, and sales support.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Contact existing and prospective clients via phone and email

  • Book appointments and generate opportunities for the Business Development team

  • Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

  • Assist with quotes, presentations, and general sales administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support business development initiatives


Who We're Looking For

  • Confident communicating with people over the phone and via email

  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment, administration, or sales is highly regarded
