About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and confident Client Relationship Manager to join a growing finance brokerage specialising in equipment lending—with a strong presence in the equipment finance space.

This newly created role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in finance. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout the loan process while managing key admin tasks and liaising with brokers and lenders. This is a full-time role based in North Melbourne , with occasional Saturday shifts (10am–2pm) and early Friday finishes if working on a Saturday. You'll work closely with a small, dynamic team and receive training designed to support your long-term growth, with the goal of stepping into a broker role in future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact for clients, supporting them throughout their loan or finance journey
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships that encourage repeat business
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth application handling
  • Follow up proactively on leads and ensure clients are kept informed
  • Handle general admin tasks and document management with accuracy
  • Maintain client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support the team in daily operations
