This is a Business Development-focused Client Relationship Manager role within novated leasing and salary packaging .
You will be responsible for developing new business through networking, presentations and relationship-led sales, while also managing and retaining client accounts over time. This role suits someone who enjoys longer sales cycles, understands that trust takes time, and is confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
Presentation and credibility are central. You will regularly present novated leasing and salary packaging solutions to leadership teams, executives and CEOs, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition across novated leasing and salary packaging
- Present tailored employee benefit solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the full client lifecycle from conversion through to ongoing engagement
- Customise presentations and proposals based on client needs and workforce size
- Maintain CRM records and manage multiple follow-ups across long sales cycles
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client delivery
- Represent the organisation professionally at meetings, presentations and events
- Experience in business development, B2B sales or client relationship roles
- Exposure to novated leasing, salary packaging, financial services or employee benefits preferred
- Confidence presenting to groups and senior decision-makers
- Polished personal presentation and strong communication skills
- Ability to build credibility with executives and corporate stakeholders
- Persistence and resilience in consultative sales environments
- Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand novated leasing and salary packaging
- Commercial awareness, including tax and GST fundamentals
- Motivation to earn commission and grow within a business
