Your Role at BROOK
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Secure new roles for candidates and build strong relationships with clients.
- Drive growth and business through exceptional talent acquisition and strategic business development and relationships.
- Elevate client relationship experiences with your expert consultative approach.
- Attend networking events and BROOK Events to build client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Cultivate and maintain robust client and candidate relationships.
- Attend events and meetings with clients to build your network and broaden industry connections.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in an established agency is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a sales-focused environment and drive business development.
- Strong consultative approach and ability to build lasting relationships.
- High energy, passion for success, and outstanding communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
