About the Role 
We’re looking for a capable and proactive Client Services Manager to support a busy sales team with the smooth delivery of campaigns, administration, and customer service. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, managing detail and driving results from preparation to post-sale. 

Key Duties 

  • Manage campaign admin and key sales documentation 
  • Coordinate property launches, inspections, and listings 
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, and service providers 
  • Maintain CRM and support agent database activities 
  • Assist with marketing and social media 
Skills & Experience 
  • Experience in sales support or real estate admin 
  • Strong communication and organisation skills 
  • High attention to detail and time management 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms 
  • Agent’s Representative Certificate (or Cert IV in Property) 
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
