We’re looking for a capable and proactive Client Services Manager to support a busy sales team with the smooth delivery of campaigns, administration, and customer service. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, managing detail and driving results from preparation to post-sale.
Key Duties
- Manage campaign admin and key sales documentation
- Coordinate property launches, inspections, and listings
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, and service providers
- Maintain CRM and support agent database activities
- Assist with marketing and social media
- Experience in sales support or real estate admin
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (or Cert IV in Property)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
