About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Corporate Secretary to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
This role will see you supporting the corporate compliance function, working closely with internal stakeholders and external bodies to ensure the smooth establishment and ongoing management of company structures. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative foundation and an interest in corporate governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the establishment and registration of companies, trusts and related entities.
- Manage ongoing annual compliance requirements for a portfolio of clients.
- Liaise with external bodies, including regulatory authorities and government agencies.
- Process company updates and changes in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate documentation for clients, including preparing, collating and issuing via digital platforms.
- Support client interactions, including assisting with identification and registration processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a corporate secretarial, compliance or administrative role within a professional services environment.
- Experience of CAS 360
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across MS Office Suite; experience with compliance software is advantageous.
