As the Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You’ll manage inquiries, coordinate bookings, and provide high-quality service in a professional setting.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle phone and email inquiries
- Provide concierge support to tenants and guests
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and events
- Assist VIP clients with transport, parking, and accommodation needs
- Oversee visitor sign-ins and maintain security procedures
- Support office administration and facility management
- Build strong relationships with clients and service providers
- Act as the main contact for urgent requests and internal teams
- Customer service, hospitality, or concierge experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, professional, and calm approach under pressure
- Experience in corporate or luxury environments is a bonus
