As Corporate Concierge, you will be the first and lasting impression for guests, clients and internal stakeholders.
You will:
- Welcome visitors with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Coordinate VIP logistics including parking, transport and visitor access
- Support facilities, office coordination and workplace presentation
- Assist with corporate events and activations
- Uphold security and building procedures
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance the workplace experience
This is a hands-on role requiring composure, attention to detail and a consistently polished presence.
About You- Experience in concierge, airline crew, premium hotel or corporate front desk roles
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills
- Calm, organised and capable in fast-paced environments

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing bookings
