The Role

As Corporate Concierge, you will be the first and lasting impression for guests, clients and internal stakeholders.

You will:

  • Welcome visitors with warmth, confidence and professionalism
  • Coordinate VIP logistics including parking, transport and visitor access
  • Support facilities, office coordination and workplace presentation
  • Assist with corporate events and activations
  • Uphold security and building procedures
  • Proactively contribute ideas to enhance the workplace experience

This is a hands-on role requiring composure, attention to detail and a consistently polished presence.

About You
  • Experience in concierge, airline crew, premium hotel or corporate front desk roles
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Calm, organised and capable in fast-paced environments
  • Service-driven with a naturally warm and professional manner
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing bookings
  • A team-oriented professional who takes pride in being the face of the business
