An opportunity is available for a  professional, customer service-driven Concierge  to join the on-site team at  a premium commercial precinct  in Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a  highly visible front-of-house role  suited to  someone who takes pride in presentation, communication and delivering a consistently positive experience  for tenants and visitors. You will be a key point of contact within the precinct and play an important role in its day-to-day operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will be  part of a small on-site team responsible for delivering a high standard of service  in a busy corporate environment.
You will be the  first and last point of contact for visitors  entering the building, providing clear information, managing access and supporting tenants as required. The role is hands-on and  requires a calm, professional approach  at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering  prompt, courteous and personalised service  to tenants and visitors.
  • Managing v isitor access , passes, bookings and deliveries.
  • Acting as a  central point of information  for the precinct.
  • Responding to queries  or issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
  • Completing  regular lobby walks and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Building  positive working relationships with tenants , contractors and internal teams.
  • Promoting precinct facilities  and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records  and following established procedures.
  • Adhering to security, safety and operational requirements.

About You

This role will suit someone with a  strong customer service background  who  understands the expectations of a professional corporate environment.

You will bring:
  • Experience in a  customer-facing role  such as hospitality, front-of-house, premium retail or corporate services.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • practical, organised and solutions-focused  mindset.
  • The ability to  work well within a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • positive attitude  and  strong work ethic.
Previous concierge experience is helpful but not essential. Training and support will be provided for the right person.
