About the Role

This is an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a growing construction team. Working closely with Project Managers and with exposure to senior leadership, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential builds. You will be responsible for procurement, contract administration, variations, cost tracking, and compliance, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is well-suited to someone early to mid-career who is looking to develop within a stable, growth-focused business that promotes from within.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontract agreements 
  • Manage variations, RFIs and EOTs, maintaining accurate documentation
  • Oversee procurement, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating subcontractors
  • Assist with cost tracking and budget reporting
  • Coordinate permits, insurances, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain detailed project records and support process improvements
  • Liaise with Project Managers, site teams, estimators, and subcontractors


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role
  • Background in residential or commercial construction 
  • Understanding of domestic building contracts and construction sequencing
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach
