About the Role
This is an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a growing construction team. Working closely with Project Managers and with exposure to senior leadership, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential builds. You will be responsible for procurement, contract administration, variations, cost tracking, and compliance, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is well-suited to someone early to mid-career who is looking to develop within a stable, growth-focused business that promotes from within.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontract agreements
- Manage variations, RFIs and EOTs, maintaining accurate documentation
- Oversee procurement, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating subcontractors
- Assist with cost tracking and budget reporting
- Coordinate permits, insurances, and compliance documentation
- Maintain detailed project records and support process improvements
- Liaise with Project Managers, site teams, estimators, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role
- Background in residential or commercial construction
- Understanding of domestic building contracts and construction sequencing
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach
