We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Sales & Contract Administration Support professional to lead the admin function and support the full sales lifecycle—from reservation to handover. You’ll manage contracts, ensure data accuracy, support the sales team, and guide a small offshore admin team. Key Responsibilities

Lead and train administration team (onshore & offshore)

Manage land/build contracts via DocuSign

Maintain and update Salesforce and Dropbox records

Coordinate post-sale activities and client communications

Handle shared inbox and respond to external stakeholders

Assist with reporting, payments, and office operations

Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

2+ years in admin support, ideally within property or real estate

Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Dropbox & Xero

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
