What You’ll Be Doing
- Support senior leaders with meetings, diaries, and coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Act as a key point of coordination across teams
- Deliver a professional front-of-house experience when required
- Support internal events, team initiatives, and office operations
- 1 - 3 years in admin, reception, or customer-facing roles
- Highly presentable, polished, and professional
- Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Proactive with a strong “get it done” attitude
- A “yes” person who’s happy to jump in and support wherever needed
- Organised, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
