About the Role: Concierge
As the Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business—providing an exceptional first impression to clients, visitors, and team members alike. This multifaceted role involves managing guest experiences, responding to enquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of the office. Your professionalism, organisational skills, and customer-first attitude will be essential in delivering a polished and seamless experience every day.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, respond to phone and email enquiries, and ensure every guest interaction is handled with professionalism and care

Deliver concierge services to tenants and guests, efficiently managing requests and needs

Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the planning of on-site events

Organise logistics for VIP guests including parking, transport, and accommodation

Uphold building security procedures, ensuring accurate visitor registration

Oversee general office administration and maintain supplies and facilities

Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers to ensure a premium level of service

Act as a key liaison between departments, supporting daily operations and resolving urgent issues
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality roles

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in a corporate or luxury environment is highly regarded
