About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries from start to resolution assigning, documenting, following up, and escalating complex issues when needed.
- Perform accurate, timely order entry , maintenance, and enquiry management.
- Monitor orders and inventory positions to maximise service outcomes and reduce handling costs.
- Process purchase orders and transfer orders.
- Maintain daily logistics checklists and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Liaise proactively with other teams to resolve customer enquiries.
Skills and Experience
- Consistent work history in customer service, administration, or a contact centre environment
- Strong written and verbal communication with a warm, professional manner
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to competing priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office ; experience with Salesforce, Oracle or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership , asks good questions, and looks for ways to improve

- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or another highly interactive service role.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite highly regarded.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, with a genuine passion for helping people and getting it right the first time.
