This is an opportunity for a customer service professional who takes pride in getting the details right and genuinely enjoys helping people.  You'll be a first point of contact for customers and business partners, managing enquiries from stock and lead time, through to orders, logistics, and inventory and the way you handle each interaction will shape how they experience the business.
If you have a consistent track record in customer-facing work, a genuine curiosity to learn new systems and processes, and the initiative to take ownership of a case from start to finish this role is for you!

About the Role 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries  from start to resolution assigning, documenting, following up, and escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Perform accurate, timely order entry , maintenance, and enquiry management.
  • Monitor orders and inventory positions  to maximise service outcomes and reduce handling costs.
  • Process purchase orders  and transfer orders.
  • Maintain daily logistics checklists  and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise proactively  with other teams to resolve customer enquiries.

Skills and Experience 
  • Consistent work history  in customer service, administration, or a contact centre environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication  with a warm, professional manner
  • Highly organised  with a proactive approach to competing priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office ; experience with Salesforce, Oracle or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus
  • Someone who takes ownership , asks good questions, and looks for ways to improve

What We’re Looking For 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or another highly interactive service role.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite highly regarded.
  • A bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Clear, professional, and confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, with a genuine passion for helping people and getting it right the first time.
