About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join a high-performing Customer Experience team, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will manage customer and business partner enquiries about stock, lead times, and orders from start to resolution using Salesforce. You'll also get exposure to logistics and procurement, supporting the team with logistics, procurement, sales and finance.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and cases from start to resolution 
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers 
  • Process orders, track stock, and support order fulfilment 
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently 
  • Maintain accurate records and system notes 
  • Assist with logistics coordination and general team support 
  • Contribute to daily team check-ins and shared workload 

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or another highly interactive service role
  • Confident communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of calls and emails
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Adaptable and a quick learner across systems and processes
  • Sound judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • A team player who is humble, accountable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Basic mathematical skills and comfort working with data and records
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous, but not essential
