About the Role
We are seeking two Customer Service Officers to join a high-performing Customer Experience team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will take ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.

You’ll be working across multiple systems, supporting customers with orders, stock enquiries, and timelines, while collaborating closely with internal teams across logistics, sales, and finance.

This role has a strong logistics component, where you will be involved in coordinating deliveries, managing shipment timelines, and ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and cases from start to resolution 
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers 
  • Process orders, track stock, and support order fulfilment 
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and system notes
  • Assist with logistics coordination and general team support 
  • Contribute to daily team check-ins and shared workload 
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including delivery scheduling and shipment tracking

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or corporate) 
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfilment, including handling documentation such as consignment notes, invoices, or shipping paperwork, is highly regarded
  • Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and via email 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across systems and processes 
  • A team player with a positive, accountable attitude 
  • Someone who is humble, solutions-focused, and genuinely enjoys helping people 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial, but not essential.
