An opportunity is available for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join a leading Australian real estate investment manager specialising in private credit and private equity.
This is a hands-on role within a lean, high-performing marketing function , suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and working closely with senior stakeholders . You will play an important role in supporting investor communications, digital performance and broader marketing initiatives across the business.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing activity across multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns and social platforms.
With multiple active websites and a broad stakeholder audience, this role requires someone who is practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership. You will be trusted to manage your workload, contribute ideas and follow things through.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, website, LinkedIn and webinars
- Maintain and update website content across multiple CMS platforms
- Analyse digital performance and provide clear, data-driven insights
- Support investor communications , product launches and marketing initiatives
- Manage EDM campaigns, SEO/SEM activity and website analytics
- Work with external agencies and digital partners as required
- Ensure all digital activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
- Confident working autonomously in a small team
- Practical, reliable and proactive in your approach
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools and email marketing systems
- Salary range $90,000 – $110,000 + super
