An opportunity is available for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join a leading Australian real estate investment manager specialising in private credit and private equity.

This is a hands-on role within a lean, high-performing marketing function , suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and working closely with senior stakeholders . You will play an important role in supporting investor communications, digital performance and broader marketing initiatives across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing activity across multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns and social platforms.

With multiple active websites and a broad stakeholder audience, this role requires someone who is practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership. You will be trusted to manage your workload, contribute ideas and follow things through.

• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, website, LinkedIn and webinars
• Maintain and update website content across multiple CMS platforms
• Analyse digital performance and provide clear, data-driven insights
• Support investor communications , product launches and marketing initiatives
• Manage EDM campaigns, SEO/SEM activity and website analytics
• Work with external agencies and digital partners as required
• Ensure all digital activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
• Confident working autonomously in a small team
• Practical, reliable and proactive in your approach
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools and email marketing systems

• Salary range $90,000 – $110,000 + super
