About the Role
We’re seeking a capable and confident Temporary Executive Assistant to join the team on an initial 3–4 month contract, starting immediately. This role supports the Executive General Manager and senior departmental leaders, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment. You'll be trusted with high-level administrative tasks, project coordination, and financial support, all while contributing to the smooth running of the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, emails, travel, and team events for senior executives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing papers for the EGM
  • Provide day-to-day support to the EGM and broader senior leadership team
  • Manage expenses, reconcile invoices, track credit card statements, and monitor team spend
  • Contribute to broader strategic projects and cross-team collaboration
  • Actively support the wider Executive Assistant group across the organisation

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant or high-level support role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle changing priorities
  • High level of initiative – a self-starter who can anticipate needs and solve problems
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Team-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
