This is a trusted Executive Assistant position supporting the Chairman across both professional and personal commitments.
It is a hands-on, detail-focused role suited to someone who takes pride in execution, anticipates needs, and brings calm organisation to a dynamic schedule. You will be relied upon to manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities- Complex diary and schedule management
- Preparing high-quality briefing documents and correspondence
- Acting as a key point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders
- Managing domestic and international travel arrangements
- Expense management , reporting, and financial administration
- Coordinating meetings, events, and communications
- Providing personal and ad hoc support as required
- Proven experience in a Personal/Executive Assistant or similar support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
