  About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two directors . You will manage priorities, schedules, communication, and strategic initiatives , ensuring seamless coordination across the business.

Your role will involve driving operational efficiencies, improving workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will also foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring KPIs and performance goals are met . This is a key role for enhancing executive productivity and team collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Provide high-level executive support to directors, managing priorities, schedules, and commitments.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, ensuring all arrangements support business priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between directors and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Manage communication, reporting, and presentations, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve executive productivity.
  • Assist in data analysis and decision-making, ensuring effective execution of strategic plans.
  • Support division managers to ensure KPIs are clearly communicated and deadlines are met.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching and feedback to maximise team potential.
  • Track performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance team and operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing executive schedules, correspondence, and strategic priorities with 100% accuracy, ensuring all critical tasks and commitments are executed within agreed timeframes.
  • Strong track record of ensuring 90% of meetings, projects, and initiatives are completed on time, with regular follow-ups and process improvements implemented to enhance executive productivity.
  • Ability to implement at least three process enhancements per year, driving improvements in productivity, cross-functional collaboration, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting leadership teams, ensuring 90% of strategic initiatives and action items are completed within set timelines with clear tracking and reporting.
  • Proven ability to maintain operational efficiency and compliance, ensuring 100% accuracy in records, financial administration, and event coordination, with internal and external communications addressed within 24 hours.
