, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level strategic support. You will manage priorities, schedules, communication, and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across the business.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, supporting both the professional demands of the founder and the smooth running of his personal and family commitments. You will also foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones. Monitor and prioritise emails and flag urgent matters.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports. Handle correspondence, draft communications, and maintain accurate records.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including compiling agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
- Book domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Process reimbursements and credit card reconciliations.
- Act as the first point of contact, liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining policies, and assisting with staff communications.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role.
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team.
- Construction experience, desirable
