About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive to provide high-level executive and administrative support.
In this integral position, you will manage a complex and fast-moving diary, coordinate executive and Trust meetings, prepare documentation and reports, and act as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also provide light diary support to the Chief Strategy & Governance Officer and administrative assistance to Trust members where required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chief Executive’s calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate agendas, papers, and minutes for Trust and subcommittee meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documentation to a high standard
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leadership Team
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and governance requirements
- Manage purchase orders, reconcile expenses, and assist with budget tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the CE office with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting a Chief Executive or C-suite leader in a corporate or government environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing board papers, agendas, and executive-level minutes
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat(experience with Diligent Boards highly regarded)
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of senior stakeholders
