About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of the Commercial & Industrial division. This role will coordinate calendars, communication and workflow, as well as provide support to the broader team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” support person and thrives in a busy, relationship-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings and record minutes
- Draft correspondence and assist with communication flow
- Coordinate team leave, reviews and administrative requirements
- Format reports, presentations and internal documents
- Support team events, external meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Process invoices and assist with document approvals
- Assist with reception cover and general operational support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation
- Confident, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Property Development Industry experience is highly desirable
