About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that blends high-level executive support.
You’ll be a trusted right hand; managing priorities, streamlining workflow and acting as a central point of coordination across the business. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, discretion and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, including email management, calendar coordination, scheduling and travel.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, organised and efficient working environment.
- Manage office facilities, meeting spaces and overall workplace coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, events and logistics; liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare polished communications, reports and presentations; support strategic initiatives with documentation and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Undertake ad-hoc personal-assistant tasks to support leadership where required.
- Maintain strong internal communication and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders with complex calendar management, correspondence and prioritisation.
- Experience in a dual Office Manager / EA role or similar position within a small, fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, reliability and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, handle confidential matters with discretion and adapt to changing demands.
- Comfortable assisting with occasional personal tasks as part of a broader executive support function.
