About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at the highest level. This role will see you working closely with the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer , while also providing support to the broader leadership team and People & Culture function.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that blends high-level executive support with office coordination , event management and talent acquisition administration. You will be a true right hand; ensuring priorities are managed, communication flows seamlessly and day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary and email management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and collate board papers, reports and presentations to a high standard.
- Act as a key point of contact, managing communication, screening calls and following up on key actions.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, documentation and offsite logistics.
- Support leadership with client engagement and relationship management touchpoints.
- Provide personal administrative support as required.
- Manage executive expenses, including reconciliations and monthly reporting.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a professional and well-maintained workplace environment.
- Support People & Culture with recruitment coordination, including job advertising, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding administration.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience across office management, events coordination or recruitment support is highly regarded.
- Advanced skills across MS Office Suite.
