About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and collaborative design practice, supporting Directors and Senior Associates across a fast-paced, multi-office environment.

This is a true entry-level executive support role, ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build strong EA foundations while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across both creative and operational teams.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders providing dedicated executive and administrative support while also contributing to front-of-house and office coordination on a shared basis with the Office Manager.

This role requires someone who is adaptable, reliable, and confident managing competing priorities across multiple personalities and working styles. You’ll be trusted to keep things moving, maintain structure, and ensure the day runs smoothly across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive administrative and executive support to Directors and Senior Associates
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Handle phones, inbox management, and day-to-day communications
  • Support travel bookings, itineraries, and general coordination across the business execs 
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials to a high standard
  • Share front-of-house and office management responsibilities 
  • Support meeting room coordination, visitor management, and general office upkeep
  • Assist with internal events, team initiatives, and business meetings
Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Administration, or Office Support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders with different working styles
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
