This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing organisation, providing high-level executive support while acting as a trusted extension of leadership and helping drive operational excellence across the business.
This opportunity is offered as a 12-month maternity leave contract, with a planned commencement in late August with a detailed handover period available.

About the Role
You will act as the key coordination point for two Managing Directors, ensuring seamless diary management, communication flow, stakeholder engagement, travel coordination, and operational support across the business.
Working closely with senior leadership, Board members, portfolio teams, investors, and external stakeholders , this role requires exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence , business maturity, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a dynamic environment.
Supporting one particularly ast-paced and high-energy executive f, this role requires someone who is highly proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable anticipating needs.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, intuitive, commercially minded, and capable of operating as a true business partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high-level executive support to two Managing Directors
- Manage complex diary coordination, scheduling, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Manage high-volume inbox management and communications on behalf of executives
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Provide personal support and coordination as required
- Prepare Board papers, agendas, reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Coordinate Board meetings and provide support across governance activities
- Support and oversee a Team Assistant and Office Assistant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate onboarding activities and recruitment administration across support and operational teams
- Provide light HR and people support alongside external providers
- Act as a key liaison across internal teams, external stakeholders, and portfolio businesses
- Coordinate events, leadership activities, offsites, and key annual business events
- Drive operational efficiencies, identify gaps, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives within fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting multiple executives and complex stakeholder groups
- Previous experience supporting Boards or governance activities is highly regarded
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing support staff
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong digital literacy
