An exciting opportunity exists for a highly capable, proactive and autonomous Executive Assistant to support two Directors within a high-growth property and investment environment.
This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business , providing high-level executive support while acting as a trusted extension of leadership across both strategic and operational priorities.

You will act as the key coordination point for two Directors, ensuring seamless diary management, communication flow, stakeholder engagement, travel coordination, and operational support across a dynamic and fast-moving business.
Supporting one highly driven and fast-paced Director alongside a secondary Director, this role requires someone who thrives operating as a true business partner; anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and keeping multiple moving pieces operating seamlessly.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will become deeply embedded within the leadership team, contributing to discussions, supporting business initiatives, and acting as a trusted right-hand.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded, proactive, and confident operating within an environment that moves quickly and requires initiative.
- Provide proactive, high-level Executive Assistant support across professional and personal matters
- Manage complex diary coordination, scheduling, and competing priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Manage inboxes, communications, and stakeholder engagement on behalf of Directors
- Provide personal assistant support including appointments, lifestyle coordination, and ad hoc requirements
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate company events, leadership activities, and team initiatives
- Participate in leadership discussions and contribute to broader business initiatives
- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure priorities continue moving forward
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively with minimal direction
- Experience supporting highly driven, fast-moving executives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands
- Exceptional communication skills with strong emotional intelligence and business maturity
- Ability to confidently push back, influence, and challenge where appropriate
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Previous experience within entrepreneurial, investment, property, startup, or high-growth environments will be highly regarded
