An exciting opportunity exists for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Director at the centre of a fast-paced, high-growth property business.
This is not a traditional EA role. You will act as the central communication hub and operational driver , with full visibility across the Director’s workflow, enabling you to triage, respond and keep projects progressing seamlessly.
Operating in a high-trust environment, you will play a critical role in reducing bottlenecks, maintaining momentum and ensuring information flows efficiently across internal teams, developers, agents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments and strategic time-blocking
-
Actively monitor and triage inbox communications
-
Respond to routine queries using existing correspondence and known preferences
-
Draft responses for complex matters requiring sign-off
-
Prepare daily briefings highlighting priorities and decision points
-
Act as the primary point of contact for developers, vendors and stakeholders
-
Support seamless workflow between all external partners
-
Liaise with agents, builders and vendors, including coordinating access and updates
-
Manage build variation approvals and workflow coordination
-
Track and follow up outstanding tasks, escalating where required
-
Proactively update teams on approvals, deadlines and project progress
Requirements
-
Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong ability to manage high-volume communication and competing priorities
-
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
-
High level of discretion and professionalism
-
Experience within property, development or a related industry highly regarded
-
Strong systems capability (CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite)
-
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership
