About the Role
We are seeking a capable and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to key leaders across the business. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You’ll play a central role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the executive team, including calendar and travel management

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and manage follow-ups

  • Maintain office presentation and assist with reception and general admin tasks

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams in a professional manner

  • Manage expense claims, handle correspondence, and support ongoing projects as required

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail

  • Confident communication style and a polished, professional approach

  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and pride in your work
  • ???????Ability to take board meeting notes and give strategic insight
