About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a contract basis, available to start this Thursday 8th May.
This is a fast-moving, high-expectation environment and we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one. The role is based on-site at their Level 14 South Yarra offices, running through to 12th June with the potential for extension.
Only candidates with demonstrated EA experience will be considered.
Benefits
- $55 – $65 per hour + superannuation
- Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 4:00pm | Friday 12:00pm – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive diary and calendar management for the CEO
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, travel and logistics
- Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports as required
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite
- Available to start immediately, Thursday 8th May
- Polished, professional and discreet
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy with strong confidence across a range of systems and platforms
- Melbourne-based and able to commit to the full contract period
