About the Role
As the Temporary Administration Officer , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also supporting a range of day-to-day office duties. From meeting room coordination to tech resets and kitchen upkeep, you’ll ensure the space remains professional and functional while two core team assistants are on leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and greeting clients, guests, and suppliers

  • Coordinating access and liaising with building management as needed

  • Setting up and resetting meeting rooms (including AV/tech support)

  • Printing, scanning, and binding documents for the team

  • Managing kitchen and office supplies, including grocery restocking

  • General office upkeep and ensuring a tidy, professional workspace

What You’ll Bring
  • Prior experience in a reception, office support, or administration role

  • A warm, polished, and professional presence

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office equipment

  • A proactive, helpful approach and ability to work independently
