About the Company:

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join a boutique architecture and interior design practice . This part-time role (3 days per week – flexible) is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.

About the Role:
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and statutory lodgements (GST, PAYG, WorkCover, payroll tax)
  • Monitoring cash flow and preparing month-end, year-end, and management reports
  • Coordinating office administration, IT support, and providing assistance to staff and the Managing Director
  • Handling occasional bookkeeping for associated entities and managing coordination of European furniture imports
About You:
  • Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
  • 7+ years’ experience in Finance/Office Management
  • Preferability from Architecture or similar industry
  • Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent relationship management skills
