Our client is looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join a boutique architecture and interior design practice . This part-time role (3 days per week – flexible) is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
About the Role:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and statutory lodgements (GST, PAYG, WorkCover, payroll tax)
- Monitoring cash flow and preparing month-end, year-end, and management reports
- Coordinating office administration, IT support, and providing assistance to staff and the Managing Director
- Handling occasional bookkeeping for associated entities and managing coordination of European furniture imports
- Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
- 7+ years’ experience in Finance/Office Management
- Preferability from Architecture or similar industry
- Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent relationship management skills
- Flexible part-time hours & WFH option
