About the RoleThis is a hands-on Temporary Finance Officer position responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial processing across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and salary packaging administration. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Process invoices, credit notes, and debtor follow-ups
- Complete bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Support salary packaging payment administration
- Maintain accurate financial records and systems
- Respond to internal and external finance queries
- Experience in a Finance Officer or Accounts role
- Strong skills in AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Confident using Xero and Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator and team player
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
