With offices across Australia and New Zealand, the business provides services including pre-employment medicals, health screening, injury prevention, mental health and wellbeing, and safety consulting and training.
This is a newly created role, offering you the chance to put your creative stamp on a brand that is expanding nationally .
As Graphic Designer Coordinator, you will be the creative lead within the marketing function. Your work will shape the brand across digital, print, video, and social platforms , with plenty of scope to take ownership and see your ideas brought to life.
Benefits- Salary $65,000–$75,000 + super

- Design engaging graphics across brand, print, social, and corporate collateral
- Build and maintain style guides and creative template libraries
- Refresh and uplift the company website
- Produce video and animation content
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and presentations
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a graphic design role (agency or corporate background)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience with videography , editing, and animation
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Strong copywriting and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and excellent communication
- A creative thinker with energy, drive, and passion for design
