As the Head Concierge , you will provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests and tenants while managing your team effectively. Deliver prompt, courteous and personalised service to build and maintain excellent professional relations. Promote the building's facilities. Manage requests, provide recommendations and resolve complaints. Maintain necessary documentation and records for the Concierge desk.
As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for:- Ensure the Concierge team follow Tower procedures including opening and closing, security, guest access passes & deliveries
- Coordinate Concierge team start, break & finish times to ensure Tower coverage
- First point of contact for high level staff and clients
- Phone correspondence
- Managing passes and assisting and attending to visitors enquires
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Any ad-hoc duties or PA duties requested by tenants
- 3+ Years team management experience
- Hospitality / Concierge experience highly desirable
- Professional presentation and friendly approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly ethical standards and respect for privacy
