About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, as an HR Administrator
you will ensure that all company personnel records are maintained. Utilise your relationship management skills by developing and maintaining strong relationships within the wider company.
Compose Job descriptions and play a major role in the hiring process. Including scheduling and partaking in the interview process.
Duties:
- Job Advertisement
- Co-ordinating interviews (booking appointments)
- Interview attendance and notetaking
- Preparing template contracts
- Record keeping for personnel records
Skills & experience:

Previous experience in an HR or Recruitment position
