Our client is a growing organisation operating within the renewable energy and project development sector, delivering large-scale projects across Australia and internationally. With a fast-paced and commercially driven environment, the business is continuing to scale and is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the organisation.

About the Role:
This is a true business partnering role where you will work closely with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused People & Culture support across the full employee lifecycle.

Supporting both Australian and international stakeholders, you will play a key role in workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, organisational change, and the implementation of scalable HR policies and processes aligned with business growth.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can operate with pace and confidence, and is comfortable balancing commercial outcomes with employee experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support workforce planning activities, recruitment processes, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations matters including performance management, conduct issues, and general workplace concerns
  • Assist with organisational change initiatives, team effectiveness, and capability development programs
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Australia and international locations
  • Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and opportunities to improve people and culture practices
  • Help drive scalable and fit-for-purpose People & Culture initiatives that support ongoing business growth

About You:
  • Strong capability in employee relations and solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
  • Background in a fast-paced, commercial, or project-driven environment
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in evolving environments
  • Experience working with internationally dispersed or multi-site teams is highly desirable
  • Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or other project-based industries would be an advantage
