A vibrant Investment Advisory Firm has an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join its growing People & Culture team. About the Role
This hands-on HR Coordinator role is a key support function within the People & Culture team, providing end-to-end HR administration support across recruitment, onboarding, employee queries and HR initiatives.
Offered initially as a 6-month fixed term contract
, this role has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone looking to build their HR career in a professional, supportive and fast-paced environment.
- Co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, contracts, probity checks and onboarding
- Support onboarding processes, including IT equipment, office access, induction schedules and new starter documentation
- Provide first-level HR support to employees regarding leave, payslips and HR system queries
- Assist with learning and development initiatives and internal communications, including intranet content
- Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required
About You
- Previous experience in Administration, HR Coordination or Recruitment is highly regarded
- A confident and professional communicator with a friendly, approachable style
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfortable learning new systems
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive team player with flexibility and a positive, “can-do” attitude
