About the Role:
Our client is looking for a hands-on Senior HR Coordinator role is a key operational support function within the People & Culture team, focused on ensuring HR processes, systems, and reporting run efficiently and accurately. You will work across HR systems, employee data, reporting, and HR initiatives, making a real impact on the effectiveness of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage HRIS and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Produce HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, and other HR data insights.

  • Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and employee lifecycle changes.

  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.

  • Maintain HR documentation, templates, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems, providing support to managers and team members as required.

  • Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

About You:
  • Previous experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, HR analytics, or HR coordination.
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised, able to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable style.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems quickly.
