Our client is looking for a hands-on HR Operations Specialist to play a key operational support role within the People & Culture team, focused on ensuring HR processes, systems, and reporting run efficiently and accurately. You will work across HR systems, employee data, reporting, and HR initiatives, making a real impact on the effectiveness of the HR function. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage HRIS and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Produce HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, and other HR data insights.

Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and employee lifecycle changes.

Collaborate with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.

Maintain HR documentation, templates, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems, providing support to managers and team members as required.

Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

Tech-savvy with strong confidence working across HR systems, data, and digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Naturally curious and proactive, with the ability to identify gaps, challenge processes, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency.

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with HR data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making.

Experience using automation, AI tools, or system enhancements to streamline workflows and improve HR processes is highly regarded.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
