Our client is seeking a hands-on  HR Operations & Systems Specialist  to join their People & Culture team. This is a key operational role for someone passionate about  streamlining HR processes, leveraging technology, and driving continuous improvement . You’ll work across HR systems, employee data, reporting, and initiatives, transforming manual processes into automated, efficient workflows that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, optimise, and manage HRIS and employee data with accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse HR data and produce reports on headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, and trends.
  • Lead automation of HR processes, transforming manual workflows into efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and compliant employee data.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement continuous improvements using technology.
  • Maintain HR documentation, templates, and policies for consistency and compliance.
  • Act as a  HR systems expert , providing support and training to managers and team members.
  • Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and innovation.
About You:
  • Strong background in  HR operations, HRIS administration, or HR analytics ; experience in operational transformation is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with an  AI/automation mindset  and a passion for improving systems.
  • Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on  continuous improvement .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional yet approachable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
